- The new Stillwater Energy Center, owned by the City of Stillwater, will supply Stillwater area with            exceptional utility service and tremendous capability. Construction started on July 13, 2015 and is expected to be open for operation on June 30, 2016.

  • Emissions controls: Selective Catalyst Reduction (SCR) using 40% synthetic urea to control NOx with oxidation catalyst for CO control 

Electrical Substation:

  • Transmission Voltage: 69 kW - 2 bay, breaker and a half scheme (6 vacuum breakers)
  • Distribution Voltage: 12.47 kV distribution substation

Administration Building:

  • Centralized state of the art control center: power station control, Supervisory and Data Acquisition (SCADA) control for the transmission/distribution system, and after hours utility service dispatch
