What do you think about Stillwater: Stillwater is and will always be my home. It is where I grew up and had a lot of first experiences. It's a phenomenal place to grow up! The community is very supportive and engaged in the youth. OSU events, especially homecoming, bring so much to the community.

Best Piece of Advice Given Regarding Your Career: “Nobody gets anywhere by playing it safe”.

5 Favorites:

Favorite Restaurant – In Stillwater it would have to be Cheese Fry Central – Eskimo Joe’s! Although, one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at would have been Efstidalur in Iceland. It’s a restaurant attached to a farm where they make everything fresh daily from their animals.

Favorite Business Book – Good to Great by Jim Collins

Best Stillwater Hidden Gem – Lake McMurtry. It has a lot to offer that I think many people don’t even realize. It has so many trails for walking and biking, as well as a great environment for paddle boarding and just hanging out. It can also be very peaceful listening to waves and is a great place to check out the stars away from the city lights.

Favorite Vacation Spot – During my time at OSU, I had the opportunity to study abroad and I wound up studying in central London. Afterwards, I was able to backpack through seven other countries. The things I got to experience and people I had the chance to meet really changed my perspective.

Best Place for Wings – I think in high school, my friends and I single handedly kept Buffalo Wild Wings in business!
