Meridian Technology Center and Stillwater Chamber Present January 18 Lunchtime Learning: “Mindful Leadership: Master Your Focus and Attention Control”

STILLWATER, Okla. – Focus and attention can be scarce resources in the workplace, but they are attainable for those willing to work for them.  
 
On January 18, as part of the Lunchtime Learning series co-s

ponsored by the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce and Meridian Technology Center, Krista Scammahorn will present "Mindful Leadership: Master Your Focus and Attention Control.”  
 
If you’d like to learn how to better direct your brain and your mind in high-stakes situations, the practical tips packed in this session can help. Scammahorn will explore science-based strategies to sustain and strengthen your concentration, which has the potential to positively impact every single aspect of your life. 
 
Scammahorn is an author, trainer, speaker and business training consultant. She has over 20 years in corporate sales, marketing and the development of cross-functional teams. Scammahorn is certified to train “5 Voices,” "Crucial Conversations" and "Getting Things Done.” She has a passion for developing relevant training. Two of her most recent topics are Email Communication and Mindful Leadership. In addition to operating her own LLC, Scammahorn holds the position of President-Elect with the Oklahoma CareerTech Business division. She is also the Workforce Readiness Director for the Oklahoma State Council for Human Resource Management. 
  
Lunchtime Learning sessions are held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Meridian’s campus. Registration is $15 per session and includes lunch.
