Agribusiness Committee Meeting Schedule: 2nd Tuesday of the month at noon Chair: Brent Demuth, Payne County Bank | Purpose: Promote agriculture in our region by recruiting ag-related events. Focus on development and retention of ag-based businesses and programs.
Ambassadors Committee Meeting Schedule: Quarterly at various locations Chair: Cecily Morris, First National Bank & Trust Company | Purpose: Act as a liaison for the Chamber with our membership. Work to retain existing partners and attract new partners by explaining services, resources and benefits. Attend business openings, expansion events and conduct partner visits.
Government Affairs Committee Meeting Schedule: Meets the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 4:00 p.m. Chair: Bryan Langford-Loftis, Loftis & Wetzel | Purpose: Develop the Chamber's Annual Legislative Agenda on behalf of the business community for advocacy at city, state and federal level. Facilitate legislative programs and work with public officials to communicate needs of the business community.
Infrastructure Committee Meeting Schedule: 1st Wednesday of the month at 4:00 p.m. Chair: Roger Gose, Gose & Associates | Purpose: Provide input and direction in community planning, infrastructure and growth. Convene for discussion on business needs, public works and monitoring of local policies and regulations.
Total Resource Campaign Committee Meeting Schedule: Late August through October Purpose: Volunteers work with partner businesses once annually to develop strategic marketing plans through available opportunities the Chamber offers.
